Employee Entrepreneur Mindset – Which one Do You Have?

What I want to shoot the breeze to you about today is something that receives a lot of conversation and which is tossed around a lot. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem simply because see it though is this : most times this topic is discussed it is not a conversation that is utilized to enlighten people of the different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what the right way of thinking is. How they should think. How really should act. What they should do. It`s usually in a manner to convince them to or sign up for something. Have you had the experience before?

To me that isn`t the reason for the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; reasons to? Because not everyone is expected to be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Basically! The thousands of companies that exist today were not able to exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own home office. Conversely there has being some entrepreneurs to the businesses to create products and services and the livelihoods that go in them.

What I’d like to do today is in fact walk through fundamentals of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along the way. Not questions about opting-in for something, or buying something, no, just questions about do you truly know what mindset you have? Or what it is you are looking for.

I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born the way they are. That it can’t be learned, cannot be taught, and it must be an instinct! I am a potentially read individual and that means that I’m not much of always gonna be read points that I believe. This is if you want those cases. While I agree generally there are kinds of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I do not think it is something that can’t be taught. The author in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the “entrepreneurial instinct can be a latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill.” To me, is actually being enlightened, being educated and coming over to terms with the fact in order to want become an john spencer ellis online business blueprint marketer. To close out my point, solution . the author, mathematicians are born utilizing the ability to differentiate second order differential equations. It is just in the years of Calculus courses that awakens their “latent” ability! Ya right!

I digress and are aware that you can learn to be an entrepreneur as I am living proof that it done. Once an engineer in the automotive industry, yes I had my “latent” ability to differentiate second order differential equations awoken somewhat reluctantly over the years, Now i run an alarmingly successful multi-national organization my partner and i have built over in the marketplace 6 a lot of. Did I have the skills I needed? No. I learned that. Did I have the desire, and think the where that author made a slight mistake, it’s the will that may not be taught. That is the burning in your belly that motivates you do what it takes to obtain the job done, no matter if you are an employee or marketer. When my engineering career wasn’t getting the job finished me personally, I converted and here’ am. Enough about me though, still can you is give me an idea? Do market . to be an employee or business person?

For inbound links while others the considered being directing his own course scares them, where others it confuses them. It confuses them as there isn’t don’t exactly what being a businessperson means. Simply put an entrepreneur is term applied to person who is willing to produce a start-up or enterprise and accept full responsibility for final result. Sounds simple right but let me just tell you don’t under estimate the simplicity of that definition.
